The building is connected to the internet via a business grade fiber connection.
The fiber line can reach speeds up to 1 Gbps (or 1,000 Mbps). A typical business T1 line is only 1.5 Mbps.
Our fiber connection is more than 650 T1 lines! The average cost of a T1 line is $500/month.
Business DSL lines offer similar speeds as a T1 line but are not as reliable.

No other location in town can offer the connectivity our office provides without significant extra costs.
Every office includes one phone line with unlimited nationwide local and long distance.
The building uses a virtual PBX business grade phone system provider,
phonebooth.
Features include: voice-to-text voicemail transcriptions, voicemail to email,
auto-attendant capabilities, "Follow Me" intelligent call routing, conference calling, and more.
All of these features are included in your monthly rent.
Ample off-street parking is available behind the building.
We are still designing the office building sign which will be located on Main Street.
This sign will offer high visibility for all tenants in the building.
Main Street has high visibility with over 17,000 traffic count.
Every tenant will have a space on the street sign as well a signage at their entrance to the building.
We care about the environment. That's one of the reasons why we installed a 5KW solar panel system
on the roof to help offset the building's electric usage. We chose
Lighthouse Solar
to install our system. We also setup recycling collection at the building. While renovating the building, we did our best to use
environmentally friendly and energy efficient products. All the windows were replaced with energy star Low-E argon gas windows. We added
injection and spray foam insulation to all areas of the building. The ventilation ducts were replaced with new clean insulated ducting.
Throughout the renovation process, we tried to reuse as much as possible to help Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.

There are no extra charges (common, maintenance, repair, taxes, utility or other expenses that are common with commercial office space - aka "triple net").
